Dispatch
We attempt to dispatch goods purchased on our website [10] business days after the order has been placed.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address nominated by you.
In the event that we do not have the product ordered by you in stock, you will be issued with a store credit or full refund in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If the delivery address provided by you is incorrect, we are not obligated to resend the ordered goods to the correct address at our expense.
Shipment
Waveki ships goods within Australia and internationally through Australia Post services.
Purchased goods will be shipped by Express Post. The cost of shipping is dependent on the size of the order.
The cost of shipping will be included in the final price of the order and you will be notified the shipping cost prior to confirming the order.
Waveki tries to dispatch and ship orders as quickly as possible, however we are not responsible for any delays that may occur once we have dispatched the order.
